Should You Start Being More Selfish With Your Time Every Day?

The more selfish you are, the more everyone else around you will benefit. Yes, you heard that right.

Being "selfish" generally has a negative connotation: Nobody likes (or knows how) to say "no" to the boss who's asking them to stay late, or to the friends who want them to come out for a few drinks, even though they have a long training run in the morning. But when you become everyone else's yes-man, it begins to take a toll on your own priorities, health, and happiness. This in turn can negatively affect your relationships with the same people you didn't want to disappoint in the first place.
